When I saw these Rebecca Minkoff leopard print pants at Nordstrom I couldn’t contain my excitement! They are the perfect print to add some immediate oomph to my denim arsenal. While printed denim may seem like something that is hard to pull off, once you get passed the fact that they are…well…printed pants it actually becomes quite easy to style them! Just keep in mind that when wearing something that garners a lot of attention, the remainder of your outfit should remain on the tame side. For starters, try pairing your pant with a top in a solid color that matches a color in the print!

For this post I added a sheer black blouse with pyramid studding by Lush and a leather hat I found on By mixing in soft sheers with tougher fabrications like studs and leather it adds some dimension to the overall look. That being said, one of the biggest reasons I love leopard print is because it is virtually a neutral. Really! The tones can pair well well anything from a crisp white to a pop of citron and virtually anywhere in-between.

Once you buy your first pair of printed pants you will be addicted to finding new ways to wear them! Depending upon how daring you are feeling on any given day it can be fun to shake things up by adding different fabrications like leather, tweed or silk into the mix. Remember if it feels so wrong its right, it probably is!

Stay Stylish,
