The morning of my flight out of town I had a workout and photo-shoot scheduled at Mountainside Fitness. I was stoked because I really wanted to get one more workout in before the wedding! I threw on one of my fave tanks from Chin-Up Apparel and headed out at around 6:30am. Sean worked me extra hard that day which is a good thing considering all the macaroons I ate on the trip!
Leg day is one of my favorites! It is totally my trouble zone so any time I can give em a good workout I feel extra accomplished! Here is one of my fave leg routines that I learned from my trainer Sean, you’ll totally hate me now, but thank me later!!!
